Landscape Forest-Community Initiative
We build forest management systems that are deeply rooted in the socio-economic realities of communities living in and around the forest. Our work spans a 5000 hectare landscape and covering 6 village in Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan, where we have integrated rigorous spatial analysis with community-centered insight.
Our approach bridges environmental stewardship with human prosperity, ensuring that conservation acts as a catalyst for growth rather than a constraint. This initiative serves as a blueprint for inclusive, climate-resilient development. Proving that nature and humanity can thrive in tandem.
Sustainable Agriculture
We partner with smallholders across diverse geographies and commodities, ranging from patchouli and coffee to banana. Our partnerships are anchored in principles of fairness and sustainability, creating value for producers, buyers, and end-consumers alike.
We provide targeted support to help farmers integrate into sustainability schemes, including the development of intuitive Self-Assessment Tools (SAT) that allow them to simulate compliance and prepare for certification. Simultaneously, we connect these producers with buyers committed to sustainable sourcing, ensuring a transparent and resilient value chain.
PADI (Pranala Aksi Data Indonesia)
PADI represents MaGies' commitment to creating a precise system for community development funding, encompassing CSR initiatives, corporate-community partnerships, and micro-credit models like KUR. Built on BPS data and our proprietary environmental variables, PADI establishes a robust baseline. This data-driven approach provides a comprehensive, indicative overview, ensuring that every intervention is strategically grounded and highly targeted from the outset.

MaGies Literacy Unit
We believe literacy is the primary gateway to impactful change, particularly for children aged 1–12. Since 2024, we have launched the CasCisCus Learning Hub, which has expanded to four locations across Bandung, Cimahi, Pekanbaru, and Jakarta.
Our hubs utilize the proprietary 'LiteracyPlus' curriculum, which fosters immersive, curiosity-driven learning environments. Designed with a 'light-asset' approach, this model is highly scalable, allowing us to implement effective educational programs even in resource-constrained communities.
Community Led Renewable Energy Initiatives
Access to sustainable energy is critical for community wellbeing. We have pioneered a renewable energy initiative that converts rubber seed waste into biodiesel. By transforming agricultural byproducts into a sustainable power source, we not only facilitate the energy transition but also generate new economic opportunities for local communities while actively preserving vital land cover.
