Landscape Forest–Community Collective Initiative
MaGies led a landscape initiative across 2.2 million hectares of natural forest in Kapuas Hulu. Core activities included spatial analysis, socioeconomic mapping of indigenous and local communities, and multi-stakeholder dialogue facilitation — developing a partial investment profile for community-based rubber seed biodiesel, mapping the rubber smallholder value chain.

Local Energy and Land Use Model Initiative
Designed a community-based bioenergy model using rubber seed as a non-food biodiesel feedstock. This involved technical validation, economic feasibility modeling, a Small-Scale Biodiesel Investment Profile, and a BUMDes-based governance model with structural features for gender and youth integration.
